Witzenhausen Gallery | Chelsea, NYC | 2010

Installed in July of 2011, iheart intervention 008 moved towards a merger of photographic image and symbolic text. The intervention occurred in an exhibition of works by Bahar Behbahani, Jules Wood, Pépé Smit, and Tal Shpantzer.

 

 

This project featured a split of connection and non-connection to the work of a single artist, in this case Jules Wood.  Frame vs framed image.  Photo album vs art.  Image vs text.
